When planning a Christmas party guest list it is important to consider the location of the party. If it is an office Christmas party, coworkers and their spouses only should be invited. If it is an at home Christmas party, family and friends should be on the guest list. Make sure the guest list is appropriate for the location and theme.

Christmas Stock Invitations
Stock Christmas invitations are invitations that are already pre designed and only need the basic information filled in. Stock invitations are available in many stores, and are not hard to find. Most of the time the basic party information is filled in with a pen.

Printable Invitations
For a more professional look there are many printable Christmas invitation templates that can be made at home. Once the design is picked out all that is needed is the basic information typed in. Printable invitations are fast and easy because the basic information only needs to be typed one time instead of hand writing it over and over.

Christmas Invitation Etiquette
There is some basic Christmas invitation etiquette that needs to be followed. All invitations should include the basic where, when, and RSVP information. However, asking for gifts in the invitation is not appropriate invitation etiquette. Secret Santa and other gift exchanges should be discussed in person, and not written into an invitation.
